This also led to a weird feeling regarding Kai and Aurora it felt more like they were really good friends that were attracted to each other, rather than soulmates, THERE, I SAID IT!Īnd also, maybe it’s just me, but I couldn’t get what the whole Indian culture deal was doing in this book. This kind of killed my buzz a little for the book at first, but then I started to get in with the action, and it was sort of fine, sort of… *scratches head a little* In some places I was actually expecting something major to come, and when it got to the end, it was kind of like ‘action! action! oh, oops, cliff… and I died!’ Don’t laugh, this is serious! Okay, maybe you can laugh a little… It felt like you were going from one major thing to the next, without getting the chance to even think about what has happened. In my opinion, some of the action should have been saved for later books.

Okay, I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t comment a little deeper on the previous statement. The reason I say that is not because I didn’t like it, it’s because it’s more concentrated on the action, and less on the romance that everything apparently revolves around.

I think this is a great light read, in between really heavy-panting books. I read the excerpt, plus the first few pages Amazon lets you view for free, and I was hooked! I loved the fact that it got me to buy the book, without having naked guys on the cover, or busty, skimpy dressed women. Since the image is like right in front of me, I’m going to start with it.

*Announcing major spoilers, as I go into details of likes and dislikes! If you are a little squeamish and don’t like to be ‘warned’ beforehand, then you might want to read the book first, then tell me if you agree with me or not! 😉 * Ok, I read this book a few weeks ago, so bear with me a little as I remember the details while writing! 😀
